To respect both my time and other clients, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
If cancellation is due to contagious illness or emergency, fees may be waived at my discretion.
If I need to cancel due to illness, emergency, or unsafe travel conditions (hot temperatures over 30 degrees or below freezing, treacherous ice and snow, storms for example), you will be offered priority rescheduling or a full refund.
Full payment is required to secure appointments.

To help appointments run smoothly, please ensure you are home and ready at your scheduled appointment time.
If I arrive and you are unavailable, I will try to contact you and wait for up to 15 minutes. If I am unable to reach you after this time, the appointment will be considered missed and the full treatment fee may be charged.

As a mobile reflexologist, I travel to client's homes to provide treatments. For the safety of both myself and my clients, appointments may need to be cancelled, delayed, or rescheduled in cases of extreme weather.

If weather conditions make travel unsafe or unsuitable for treatment, I reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments at short notice.
I will always aim to provide as much notice as possible and contact clients directly regarding any changes. Any appointments affected by extreme weather can be rearranged for the next mutually convenient date, with no cancellation fees applied.
I also ask clients to use their own judgement regarding safe access to their property and to inform me if local conditions may affect the appointment. e.g. icy driveways. uncleared paths, steep steps, etc.
